With reoffending costing the UK government over £18 Billion a year, and with research showing that 50% of corporate Britain would not hire an ex-offender, Key4Life’s YOUNITED Flag campaign is driving social and economic change by encouraging companies to employ ex-offenders, rewarding those that do with the prestigious YOUNITED Flag.

Launched by music legend Nile Rodgers, the YOUNITED Flag was awarded to the first 15 companies by the Lord Mayor of London in September 2021, and three more more companies are to be awarded at our Gala Dinner in November 2025.
