PAUL STERNBERG
CHAIRMAN OF KEY4LIFE TRUSTEES
Paul is the Founding Chairman of Key4Life and CEO of the Luxury Global Alliance, an alliance of highly engaged luxury companies committed to environmental, social and civic innovation.
Paul’s background is in broadcasting, community organising, and academia. He has held senior leadership roles at Channel 4 Television Corporation, Business in the Community and the National Endowment for Science Technology and the Arts (NESTA).
Paul has also been involved in setting up social ventures such as Action for Happiness, The Media Trust and Arts Over Borders.
As Director of Postgraduate Studies at Ravensbourne University London he established the Institute for Creativity and Technology focusing on creativity, cultural heritage, and design innovation as drivers for wellbeing across education and the creative economy.

KATIE BREWER
KEY4LIFE TRUSTEE
Katie graduated from Oxford University Management Consultant at Mercer Management Consulting and World Health Organisation , before becoming a mathematics teacher at Eton College.
She is now an author, and the host for the Bandwidth Conversations Podcast. Katie has been involved with Key4Life for the last seven years, has been mentoring a young man throughout that time. She hopes to raise awareness across Finance and Business about the benefits of employing ex-offenders and support the Mentor Programme and supporting Key4life’s Mentor Programme.

YUSEF HADDOUCH
UNDERWRITING ASSISTANT – MS AMLIN
Part of the MS Amlin Accident and Health team, while relatively new to Insurance, Yusef has a strong background in sales and marketing (6 years+) and started his insurance journey as a Trainee Broker at Howden Specialty.
Constantly seeking to deepen his understanding of the Insurance market, he strives to stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and regulatory changes.
Passionate about Insurance, serving customers and negotiating deals, Yusef also has a long-term mission to reduce inequalities and provide opportunities for under-represented people.

CAROLINE DOLLIMORE
CO-FOUNDER OF CHERRY
Caroline is the Co-Founder of Cherry, a creative communications collective merging sport, music and fashion.
Before setting up Cherry, Caroline was Director of Publicity at the multi-award winning Atlantic Records UK, whose world class roster included Ed Sheeran, Bruno Mars, Sia and Lizzo. She continues to work closely with the label. Prior to Atlantic, she was Head of Entertainment at Purple PR, which represented leading global icons such as music stars Beyonce and Adele and racing legend Lewis Hamilton.
Caroline is a Trustee and Chair of the PR Committee of the BRIT Trust (the charitable arm of the BPI), which has hugely supported Key4Life. She is also on the PR Committee for the BRIT School and a member of the BRIT Awards Voting Academy.

MICHAEL DOOLEY
NHS CONSULTANT GYNAECOLOGIST
Dr Michael Dooley is a consultant gynaecologist who works in London and Dorset. He worked at Dorset County Hospital for over 25 years and is now Medical Director of The Poundbury Clinic, Dorchester, an integrated clinic aiming to create harmony in women’s health, wellbeing and infertility care.
Michael recently served as High Sheriff of Dorset (2021-22). Growing up in London, he was inspired by his parents to both save lives and help prevent crime: his father was a doctor, and his mother a JP and Chairman of the Juvenile Bench (as well as a teacher of Sociology).
A recognised expert on exercise in women’s health, he has attended two Olympic Games as team doctor and was senior gynaecologist for the London 2012 Olympics.

SOLOMON CURTIS
HEAD OF STRATEGY & PARTNERSHIPS – MAYOR OF LONDON’S OFFICE
Solomon is currently Head of Strategy and Partnerships at the Mayor of London’s Office (GLA). After leading on the development of Sadiq Khan’s sport strategy in 2018, he has recently developed sector leading partnerships with major sports leagues such as the NBA and NFL alongside delivering over £20m of funding programmes to support the grassroots sport sector.
Prior to joining city hall, Solomon worked in campaigns and public affairs in the charity sector and was a Labour parliamentary candidate in the 2015 and 2017 general elections.

ALEXA COLLIS
KEY4LIFE TRUSTEE
Alexa is a partner at Harbottle & Lewis, specialising in UK and cross-border estate planning and wealth structuring. She advises a wide range of clients, with a focus on those in the entertainment and creative industries, as well as entrepreneurs. Clients often turn to Alexa for her expertise in integrating philanthropic and charitable planning into their estate strategies.
Beyond her legal practice, Alexa leads Harbottle & Lewis’s Charity Committee, reflecting her commitment to making a positive impact and supporting charitable causes aligned with her values.
She has been actively involved with Key4Life for the past three years, introducing its participants to Harbottle & Lewis’s network, including clients and contacts in relevant industries. In addition to her role as a trustee for Key4Life, Alexa is also a trustee of Sporting Chance, charity supporting sportspeople and support staff in sport with their mental health and emotional wellbeing.

ADRIAN COX
KEY4LIFE TRUSTEE
Adrian is the Group Chief Executive Officer of Beazley plc, a leading global specialist insurer. Having joined Beazley in 2001 after starting his career with Gen Re, he has held several senior leadership positions, including Chief Underwriting Officer, before becoming Group CEO in 2021. A History and Economics graduate from the University of Oxford, Adrian is also a committed supporter of rehabilitation and employability initiatives. Through his involvement with Key4Life, he has volunteered at HMP Thameside, mentoring participants, supporting employability workshops, and helping individuals build the confidence and skills needed to successfully reintegrate into society.
